Built and lead the EDV & IDV Mobile group from the ground up — grew and mentored the team 2→8 across two sites (including a new Sofia site); own the company's core identity-verification products.
Defined the AI development loop now adopted across 5 teams and 120+ repos — agents, reusable skills, Claude Code, and AI code review on every PR (under 60s, ~80% fewer false positives).
Originated the multi-vendor abstraction — letting every verification product use multiple data providers interchangeably for faster integrations, better coverage and cost, and no vendor lock-in.
Own architecture for high-scale, event-driven systems on Azure (Node.js/NestJS, React).
